Our Solution
As industrialization advances, there will be an ever increasing amount of usage of artificial lights in more urban areas. In addition, in the midst of a pandemic where over 50% of our time spent awake is in front of a computer or tablet there is the need to provide some form of limitation in the LED screens we are exposed to all day. This solution stems to offer better health and sleep habits for the user.
Our Design
Our schedule is designed to optimize your sleep by suggesting the best time for you to partake in sleep-disrupting activities such as being exposed to bright lights, working out and eating, among other things. This design would consist of an integrated system in which all LED using screens connected will submit to 'night mode' between bed and wake times to shift the light spectrum to an array of more warm colors as well as eliminating blue light exposure.
